Specificity: Reacts with rat cytochrome P450 enzymes
CYP2B1 and CYP2B2 in hepatic microsomal fraction. No
cross-reactivity with other cytochrome P450 enzymes.
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide
Applications: Western blot: CYP2B1 and CYP2B2 can be separated electrophoretically. Immunohistochemistry
on frozen and formaldehyde treated sections. Optimal working dilutions must be
determined by end user.
Storage/Handling: Maintain at -20'C in undiluted aliquots for up to 12 months.
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
