Each extract is packaged as 500ug protein in 0.5ml SDS-PAGE buffer, 0.9% b-mercaptoethanol, 0.003% bromophenol blue, 5 % glycerol. DO NOT BOIL or DILUTE. We recommend initially using 50ug/lane (50ul). Amount needed will vary with antibody and detection system sensitivity. Extracts should be stored at -20 DEG C and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.
