Reconstitution: Reconstitution: Solubility is limited at neutral pH and   physiological salt concentration. It is recommended to reconstitute with   urea/Tris buffer pH7.5 (7M UREA, 5mM   EDTA,15mM mercaptoethanol, 20mM Tris.

USES: Standard in immunoassay, immunogen for antisera production, antigen for iodination
