Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 6M urea or 10mM HCL -Troponin T is only sparingly soluble at neutral pH and physiological salt concentrations. If removing urea from this product, increase ionic strength to at least 0.5M and include 10mM mercaptoethanol to reduce intermolecular aggregation.

Precautions: For In vitro research Use Only. Not for use in or on humans or animals or for diagnostics . All starting material were tested and found negative for HBsAg and HIV-1 antibodies by an FDA approved method. However, all material should be handled at Biosafety Level II conditions and treated as if capable of transmitting disease.
