Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1.0ml distilled water or with 0.01M HCL or 6M UREA. Solubility is limited at neutral pH and physiological salt concentration.

USES: Standard in immunoassay, immunogen for antisera production, antigen for iodination

All starting material were tested and found negative for HBsAg and HIV-1 ,HIV-2 and HCV antibodies by an approved method.
